Our VOL-VCA (Safety for Operational Managers) course is an intensive one-day training specifically designed for managers in high-risk work environments. This course provides in-depth knowledge of safety, health and the environment, and teaches managers how to effectively guide and motivate their team to work safely.

Topics such as recognizing safety risks, drawing up risk analyses, and complying with legal regulations are covered in detail. The training combines theory with practical cases, so that participants not only learn what the rules are, but also how to apply them in practice.

After successfully completing the course and exam, participants receive a VOL-VCA certificate, which is valid for 10 years.
